Legal Officer


Provide general administrative assistance to the Legal Counsel and Department. 

Prepare legal documents and corporate correspondence.

Review and Draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.

Manage and negotiate agreements with third parties, customers, business partners, suppliers, and more.

Support the management, operations and legal team with any legal related issues involving the corporation.

Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice related to any issues that the corporation may be facing.

Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, corporate law, commercial law, GDPR, AML, worldwide regulations and licenses etc.).

Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, etc.).

Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.


Degree in law (LLB).

3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel.

experience in the iGaming industry – advantage.

MUST have knowledge in labor law, corporate law, commercial law, GDPR, AML, worldwide regulations and licenses etc.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.

Office Manager


Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.

Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment.

Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list.
